Check eSIM Compatibility
Not all mobile devices support eSIM technology just yet. Here are a few ways you can check if your device is ready for eSIM.
Please note that the first method described here will not be applicable if your device was purchased outside of official, authorized stores in Taiwan, or if it is not an Apple device.
Method 1: Check via the Roam Bear App (for Apple Devices)
If you are using an Apple device, you can download the Roam Bear app from the App Store. Once the app is downloaded and installed, please open it on your device.
The Roam Bear app automatically checks your device for eSIM compatibility before you get started.
